What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, ACH/eCheck on supported orders, and select cryptocurrencies. Available methods are displayed at checkout.

Do I need an account to order?

No. Guest checkout is available. Creating an account lets you reorder past products in one click and keep your shipping addresses on file.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled or modified up until they enter processing, which is typically within 1 hour of placement. Once an order has been packed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Do you offer wholesale or institutional pricing?

Yes. We offer tiered volume pricing for orders of 25+ vials. See the Wholesale & Institutional page for tiers, what's included, and an inquiry form. A member of our team will respond directly within one business day with a quote tailored to your product mix and shipping destination.

Shipping & Customs

How fast do orders ship?

Orders placed before 12pm ET on business days ship the same day. Orders placed after 12pm ET, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day.

Is the packaging discreet?

Yes. All shipments use plain, unbranded outer packaging with no Kalon Research markings or product references visible from the outside.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries. Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

What happens if customs holds my package?

Customs procedures vary by country. Customs detention, seizure, duties, taxes, VAT, and brokerage fees imposed by the destination country are the buyer's responsibility. Kalon Research does not refund or reship orders affected by customs.

Product Documentation & Quality

Do you provide a Certificate of Analysis (CoA)?

No. Kalon Research does not provide Certificates of Analysis, purity reports, identity confirmation, sterility data, or any other quality control documentation with shipments. Product specifications, percentages, and identity are not represented or warranted.

Do you guarantee a specific purity?

No. Kalon Research does not make purity guarantees and does not represent or warrant any specific purity percentage, identity, or composition. Buyer assumes all responsibility for evaluating product suitability.

Why don't you supply CoAs?

Our model focuses on catalog breadth, fair pricing, and operational fundamentals — same-day dispatch, discreet shipping, and direct support. Lot-level quality control documentation is not part of our standard shipment package. If formal CoAs or third-party documentation are required for your work, please source from a vendor whose service model includes them.

Who assumes responsibility for the product?

The buyer. By placing an order, the buyer accepts full responsibility for product selection, handling, reconstitution, storage, downstream use, regulatory compliance in the buyer's jurisdiction, and any and all consequences thereof.

Storage & Reconstitution

How should I store lyophilized peptides?

Store lyophilized vials at 2–8°C (refrigerated), protected from light. Properly stored lyophilized peptides typically remain stable for years.

What should I reconstitute with?

Most peptides are reconstituted with bacteriostatic water for laboratory use. Reconstituted solution should be stored at 2–8°C and used within 30 days, or stored at −20°C for longer-term laboratory storage.

How long can I keep reconstituted peptide at 2–8°C?

Most reconstituted peptides typically remain stable for approximately 30 days at 2–8°C. For longer storage, freeze at −20°C in aliquots to minimize freeze–thaw cycles.

Do you sell reconstitution supplies?

A reconstitution supplies category (bacteriostatic water, syringes, mixing vials) is on our roadmap. Until then, source these separately from a qualified laboratory supplier.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. The only exception is a shipment confirmed lost in transit by the carrier — in that case we will replace the order. See the Returns page for full terms.

My vial arrived damaged. Can I get a refund?

No. Damaged, broken, or otherwise faulty products on arrival are the buyer's responsibility. All sales are final once the order is shipped.

My package was marked delivered but I never received it.

Packages marked delivered by the carrier are not eligible for replacement. Theft, misdelivery after the delivery scan, and porch loss are not covered.

Research & Scientific Use

Are these products for human use?

No. Every Kalon Research product is sold strictly for in-vitro and laboratory research purposes. Products are not intended, labeled, or approved for human or animal consumption.

Can you recommend a research protocol?

We do not provide protocol recommendations. We do publish reference material in our research library describing reconstitution and storage practices.

Where can I find peer-reviewed research on a specific peptide?

PubMed (pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov) is the primary public index for peer-reviewed peptide research. Our research library links to PubMed-indexed studies where relevant.

Legal & Compliance

Are research peptides legal to purchase?

Research peptides may be legally purchased for laboratory research purposes in many jurisdictions, but rules vary widely. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify the legality of any product in the buyer's jurisdiction before ordering.

Do you ship to all U.S. states?

We currently ship research peptides to all 50 U.S. states for laboratory and research purposes. Certain compounds may be subject to state-specific restrictions, in which case those orders are cancelled and refunded before dispatch.

Do you have a Privacy Policy and Terms of Service?

Yes. Our Privacy Policy is published on our site. Terms of Service, including the research-use acknowledgment required at checkout, is in active development.
