Orders placed before 12:00pm ET on business days are packed and dropped at USPS the same day. Cut-off matters — order before noon and your vial is moving today.
Discreet, unbranded outside
The outer mailer is plain. No Kalon Research logo, no product names, no branding visible from the outside. Return address is generic. Whoever handles the package or sees it on the porch cannot tell what is inside.
Padded, moisture-protected mailer
Every shipment goes in a padded mailer with vials individually wrapped. Lyophilized vials are stable across typical shipping temperature windows and arrive ready for refrigerated storage on receipt. No ice packs — none needed for lyophilized form.
USPS tracking emailed within 24h
USPS Ground Advantage tracking number is emailed within 24 hours of dispatch. You can watch the package move from origin scan to delivery in real time at usps.com.

Order arrives in our queue. You receive an order confirmation email immediately. Weekday orders before 12:00pm ET enter the same-day dispatch batch.

Picked and inspected
Each vial is picked from cold storage, visually inspected for seal integrity and cake intactness, and matched against the order line items.

Padded and sealed
Vials are individually wrapped to prevent vial-on-vial contact during transit and placed in a padded mailer with moisture-protection lining.

Discreet labeling
Outer mailer is plain and unbranded. The shipping label shows only your name, address, and a generic return address. No product names appear anywhere on the outside.

Dropped at USPS
Package is dropped at our local USPS retail counter on the same business day. Service: USPS Ground Advantage with end-to-end tracking. Title and risk of loss pass to you at the moment of acceptance scan.

USPS tracking number lands in your inbox within 24 hours of dispatch. Follow your package from origin scan to delivery at usps.com or in the USPS app.

Storage on arrival
Refrigerate on receipt.
Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperatures for the duration of a normal shipping window. Every order goes in a padded mailer with moisture protection.
- On arrival: transfer vials to refrigerated storage at 2–8°C as soon as practical, protected from light.
- Long-term lyophilized storage: 2–8°C refrigerated, or −20°C frozen for multi-year archival storage.

Risk of loss after dispatch
Title and risk of loss pass to you at the carrier's pickup of the shipment. Once it is in carrier custody, customs, weather, theft, and post-delivery loss are your responsibility. The only exception is a shipment whose carrier tracking record officially shows the package as lost in transit — in that case we replace the order.
