All Sales Final
Once an order ships, the sale is final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges except as noted below.
Lost-in-Transit Only
If tracking confirms the package was lost by the carrier and never delivered, we will replace the shipment.
Buyer Responsibility
No quality control documentation (CoA, purity, identity, sterility) is provided. Buyer assumes all responsibility.

Read before ordering
All products sold by Kalon Research are sold strictly for in-vitro and laboratory research use only. No Certificate of Analysis, purity report, identity confirmation, sterility data, or other quality control documentation is supplied with shipments. Buyer assumes all responsibility for product use, handling, storage, and any consequences arising from possession or use of the product. All sales are final, with the single carrier-loss exception described below.
1. All Sales Final
Once an order is shipped, the sale is final. Kalon Research does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, store credit, or partial credits, except as described in Section 2 below.
This includes (without limitation): vials that arrive damaged or broken, vials with degraded lyophilization cake, perceived purity or identity concerns, buyer's remorse, change of mind, ordering the wrong product or size, unused or unopened vials, expired storage windows, and any disputes about product characteristics not documented at time of sale.
2. Lost-in-Transit Exception
If the carrier's official tracking record confirms the package was lost in transit and was never delivered to the shipping address on the order, Kalon Research will, at its discretion, replace the shipment with an equivalent order.
To submit a lost-in-transit claim, email support@kalonresearch.com within 30 days of the original ship date with: your order number, the carrier tracking number, and a screenshot or link to the carrier's tracking page showing the lost status. Claims outside the 30-day window are not eligible.
Packages marked “delivered” by the carrier are not eligible for the lost-in-transit exception, regardless of recipient claim. Theft, misdelivery to a neighbor, or carrier error after the delivery scan are not covered.
3. No Quality Control Documentation
Kalon Research does not provide Certificates of Analysis, purity reports, HPLC data, mass spectrometry identity confirmation, sterility data, endotoxin analysis, residual solvent reports, or any other quality assurance documentation. Product specifications, percentages, and identity are not represented or warranted.
4. Buyer Assumes All Responsibility
By placing an order, the buyer acknowledges and agrees that buyer assumes all responsibility for: product selection, verifying the product is suitable for the buyer's intended research purposes, all handling, reconstitution, storage, use, downstream applications, regulatory compliance in buyer's jurisdiction, and any and all consequences — including but not limited to health, safety, property, legal, or financial consequences — arising from possession or use of the product.
5. Research Use Only
All products are sold strictly for in-vitro and laboratory research purposes. Products are not drugs, supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices. Products are not intended for human or animal consumption, clinical, therapeutic, cosmetic, or veterinary use.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only if they have not yet entered processing (typically within 1 hour of placement). Once an order has been packed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
